Owned by Andrew, Scott, and Jake—good friends and co-owners of a few other food carts around Central Oregon. With Sandos and Smash, we wanted to dive into something new and fun: burgers and sandwiches done right. This cart gave us the chance to focus on bold, crave-worthy flavors and bring something fresh to The Bite.
Our smash burger is the fan favorite—crispy-edged patties on buttery Texas toast from Big Ed’s Bakery. On the sandwich side, we serve up a tender brisket sando, a turkey BLT with housemade ranch, a stacked Italian, and a bright, fresh caprese. All our sandwiches come on top-notch bread from Sparrow Bakery.
The Bite has been the perfect spot to launch this concept. The Tumalo crowd has been super welcoming, and we love seeing familiar faces come back for their favorites. We’re always testing out new specials and ideas to keep things exciting.
We keep it simple: great ingredients, local bread, and food that’s made with care. We bring our own style to the cart—laid-back, consistent, and always flavor-forward.
