Before they opened Heidi’s Grilled Cheesery, Heidi & Justin Henneous owned and operated a fishing lodge in Willow, Alaska for 16 years. There Heidi was the chef for the lodge and cooked for 25 people a day. Heidi’s love of cheese inspired this new adventure in food, and the Henneous family is excited to bring their vision of “Cheese, Love, and Bread” to Tumalo.
